These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the StoryFace.ai platform. By accessing the platform, you fully accept these Terms.
1. Service Description
StoryFace.ai is a SaaS AI animation platform for professional events, enabling AI-powered photo transformations.
2. Access and Registration
Reserved for adult professionals. Registration is free (3 credits offered, no credit card required).
3. AI Credits and Billing
1 € = 100 credits (€0.01 per credit). Credits are only charged at the moment of actual AI processing. Simply taking a photo does not consume credits. Non-refundable except for proven technical failures.
4. Subscription Plans
• Starter (€49/month): smartphone experience, web gallery. • Pro (€75/month): Starter + Kiosk mode + Wi-Fi printing. • Premium (€99/month): Pro + real-time Live carousel. Subscriptions are commitment-free.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform and AI technology are the exclusive property of NataSquad S.A.S. Users retain ownership of source photographs.
6. User Obligations
Users agree to collect explicit consent from each participant (GDPR) and display a visible privacy notice.
7. Governing Law
Governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
